Pumpkin pie with pink whipped cream

Yesterday we went shopping and we've bought a pumpkin for pie, so I decided to make a delicious cake. Sophiticated and simple in the same time, for the summer. Ingredients:
A pumpkin (or 1 kg pumpkin pulp)
Honey
250g Sour cream
150g Butter
250g Strawberries
200g Smashed cookies
300g Unsalted cheese

Directions:
Cut the pumpkin, get the pulp out and cut it small pieces. You may boil it or cook it in the oven until it gets soft.
Prepare the whipped cream, from the sour cream with thw mixer (or with a kitchen tool). When it becomes creamy, add honey (2 table spoon).
Make the base of the cake from the smashed cookies mixed with butter.
Place the boiled or cooked pumpkin on the base. Place the cheese and then the whipped cream on top. Decorate with strawberries. (You may mix the cheese with bits of strawberries)
